1. Build your template. Using the Document Builder, build your prospective student     enrollment application and add merge fields and eSignature tags.


2. Set up deliveries. Connect to your Formstack Sign account and prepare the message you’ll send to prospective students requesting them to review their information and sign.


3. Build your form. Use fields from any standard or custom Salesforce Objects to create your form.


4. Run a test. Fill out your application form with test data to see your workflow in action!
